Refund and Cancellation Policy

This is the policy for the marketing site; the binding billing terms live inside the product app at app.diglot.ai.

1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We want you to be completely satisfied with your academic writing workflow. If you purchase an annual or monthly Copyeditor subscription and find that it does not fit your research needs, you are entitled to a full refund within 14 calendar days of your initial purchase date.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact our support team via our contact page or email billing@writence.com from the email address associated with your account. Please include your invoice or order number. Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days back to your original payment method.

3. Cancellation Anytime

You can cancel your subscription renewal at any time directly through your account billing settings in the app. Upon cancellation, you retain full access to your paid tier features until the end of your current billing cycle, after which your account will automatically downgrade to the Free plan.

4. Institutional and Team Subscriptions

Departmental, institutional, and enterprise team licenses are governed by their respective organizational service agreements. Institutional refund and term conditions are specified in your master license contract.

5. Questions and Disputes

If you notice an unfamiliar charge or have any questions regarding your billing status, please reach out to us before disputing the charge with your bank so we can resolve it immediately.
